• We offer samples in convenient small sizes.
• Samples are shipped from our Sydney warehouse.

Sample Delivery Charges

• 1-3 samples: $29.50 + GST
• 4-5 samples: $39.50 + GST
• 6-7 samples: $49.50 + GST

* A maximum of 7 samples can be ordered per order.

Samples Order Processing Time 

• Samples orders are processed for delivery within 2 to 3 Business days from the order placement and confirmation of successful payment of the delivery/shipping fee or otherwise agreed in writing at the time of sample order placement.

Products Are Heavy! – Products are heavy and weigh up to 50 kg or more. If you choose to load the products manually, you are responsible for ensuring safe lifting practices. Our team cannot manually load products into your vehicle due to workplace health and safety requirements.

We can assist by forklift-loading approved commercial vehicles where safe to do so. You remain responsible for securing the load in accordance with Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL).

Think Before You Load – Where the driver loads the vehicle, they are responsible for ensuring the load is safely positioned. It is dangerous to travel with products unsecured in your vehicle. By loading it in your vehicle, you do so at your own risk.

We cannot Load Into Your Vehicle – Due to OH&S policies, we cannot hand-load the products in your vehicle.

Forklift Available – Due to OH&S policies, we cannot hand-load the products in your vehicle.

Warehouse Pickups – Orders can be collected from our Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne warehouses.

Important – We do not facilitate same-day pickup from our warehouse. Our order processing time is usually 2 to 3 business days. Our consultants will coordinate and share the pick-up code with you in advance for smooth processing.

Storage Policy – We will store the goods for free for 2 weeks from the date of order placement or otherwise any special time agreed upon at the time of order placement. If the goods are not collected or the delivery is not arranged as per the standard or agreed time, then the storage fees will apply. The storage charges would be $10 per pallet per week + GST.

• Manual loading of the product/products in the vehicle is the driver’s responsibility.
• Your order may only be collected in full or at a minimum of one full palette at a time. Multiple pickups for a single order may attract additional charges. Multiple pickups need to be discussed, and charges, if any, need to be agreed upon and paid in full before arranging multiple pickups.
• Pallets of products will only be loaded onto tray top utilities or trucks with clear, unhindered forklift access. The vehicle should be adequate and approved for commercial pickups.
• Goods should be collected in suitable commercial vehicles, such as open trailers or commercial Utes, that allow for safe loading and proper load restraint. If you choose to use a vehicle that is not suitable for carrying the load safely, we may decline to load it. where you proceed to load or transport the goods in an unsuitable vehicle, you are responsible for any resulting damage or injury, and we cannot guarantee the safety of the load, your vehicle, or the transport of the goods.
• Pantech trucks and barn-door vans require appropriate restraint points to secure pallets for forklift loading; without these, they must be loaded manually.
• Vans with side utility doors or top-hinged rear doors cannot accommodate forklift loading and will require manual self-loading.
